Thoughts of many Suicide Victims

 

·        Why is this happening to me?

·        I can’t stop the pain

·        These thoughts just keep running through my head

·        How to I get this to stop?

·        I can’t eat or sleep

·        The depression will never go away

·        The sadness will never fade

·        I don’t think anything will ever change

·        I’m worthless                                        

·        No one is there for me

·        I can’t control how I feel

·        I hate the world

·        If I hurt them, then why not feel the pain
